Corrections
At Restandmove, we correct factual errors rather than deleting content. When a substantive correction is made to any reference page, a note will be added at the foot of the article stating the change and the date it was applied. This ensures the record of updates is clear and transparent for all readers.
A substantive correction is one that alters a meaningful fact, figure, or instruction central to the topic, such as an updated guideline for movement or a revised nutritional detail. Minor typographical errors, formatting adjustments, or clarifications of wording that do not change the factual content are not flagged as corrections.
To report a potential error, please provide the full web address of the article and quote the exact claim you believe requires correction. We review all such reports and aim to verify and implement any necessary substantive corrections within five working days, notifying the reader who submitted the report.
The facts on our reference pages, covering practice, nutrition, sleep, and other topics, are periodically reviewed and corrected to reflect changes in consensus or official guidelines. When reputable sources update their stance or new evidence materially alters best practice for movement, recovery, or eating well, we amend our pages accordingly and apply a correction note.
This process applies to all sections of the Restandmove site, from Movement and Recovery to Life Stages and Work and daily life. Our goal is to maintain a resource that is both reliable and current, acknowledging that understanding in these areas evolves.
